What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹1,999; a flat ₹79 below that. We dispatch in 1-2 business days and the courier takes 3-5 business days to metro addresses, 5-9 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal.
Is this set dishwasher and microwave safe?
It depends on the material and sometimes on the individual piece, and every listing says which. As a rule: melamine is dishwasher-safe but never microwave-safe; stoneware and porcelain usually take both unless there is a metallic rim; stainless steel takes neither the microwave nor a harsh detergent cycle well.
What happens if something arrives broken?
We replace it. Film the carton as you open it and send that video within 48 hours — breakage in transit is our cost, not yours, and we do not ask you to return the pieces or produce a courier report.
Can I return something that did not suit me?
Within 10 days of delivery, yes — provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. A set that has been washed or used counts as used, and an incomplete set cannot be returned.
Is there a warranty?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty offered through this shop, and we will not claim one. What is covered is an item that arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or short of its listed contents: send the unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace or refund.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel. If it stops moving for two working days, write to us and we will chase the hub.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Nestora Mansion is online-only; the address on our invoices is a registered office and packing room, not a counter, so there is nothing to visit or collect from.
